Established in 1992 Maris has developed and published about 20 consumer titles. Maris Titles are distributed worldwide and have been localized into 5 languages. Maris also develops products for its clients, these include curriculum based educational products and corporate training products. These have included a number of leading college and high school textbook publishers.               

RedShift desktop planetarium (www.redshift-live.com), is the world's best selling astronomy title, it has sold over 1 000 000 copies. The original program and its three significant updates have received over 25 international multimedia awards including a Codie award in 1999.
